Boston Marathon Training– Week #1 Day #2


Happy New Year!  This is the second day of training for the Boston Marathon.  An easy 4 mile run from home to around the HP campus here in Corvallis.  I took a very easy pace as suggested by my training program; no huffing and puffing, conversational pace.  I averaged 8:09 min/ mil with an 149 bpm.  Looking forward to tomorrow!
