| Today
was farily uneventful, I worked hard most of the day, took some time
out to go for my run, and now I have a late night meeting.
We'll keep this post short for today, I am sure tomorrow will
be more eventful. Today's run was a 3 mile brisk run, meaning 7 minute miles fast. That is a pretty good pace, a little above my planned race pace for the half marathon on Sunday. I ran a pretty flat course, and felt good the entire run. See you tomorrow! |
