| Christina took two of the boys up to Portland to visit some friends and family today. I am always amazed by Christina's generosity! When her friends are having a hard time, she does what she can to help them through it. Sometimes that mean picking up the phone, other times it means making a trip to sit down my visit. I thought about this during my workout, and I am so proud to have a wife that is so compassionate. My workout was really pretty easy, just cruised around the track a dozen times. | |
